WHAT
A block of 8x consecutive Tuesday &/or Thursday technical women-only swim lessons lasting 55min each. We cater to 4 levels starting with Learn to Swim through to more Advanced swim sessions. Learn to Swim describes someone who cannot swim 1 length of a pool but can put their face underwater. The other levels range between this up to Advanced where swimmers cover up to 2500m in an hour at an average pace of under 2min per 100m. There are 10 session slots available every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you can choose to do either 1 or 2 sessions per week ($99 for the first session or for 2 sessions per week add an extra $80 over the 8 week block). There are also cheaper bulk passes, and all prices include pool entry (nothing more to pay). Please see our policy on making up missed sessions below.

SESSION CONTENT
Please download the program overview from below for full session overviews. The Beginner and Adv-Beginner sessions are always very similar between blocks but the coach always has overriding power to change session content depending on the actual level of the swimmers in each block. The Intermediate and Advanced sessions start easier in Block 1 and throughout the year (up to Block6 in Sep) becomes more advanced with the distance building also. Downloads...

MAKE UP SESSIONS
If you miss a session then it is both our interests to allow you to make up that missed session. Our only two rules are (1) please email us before turning up to check availability and (2) it must be within the same block as you entered - makeup sessions cannot bridge two different blocks because they affect our ability to offer lane space to other entrants. 

PARKING
There has been a change to most of the parking around the pools recently... now most parking applies up to 10pm but the good thing is you can stay for up to 3 hours. There are however spots that are still close to the pool that remain at the old rate of $2 for 1hr parking and which only applies up to 6pm...

LEVEL
We offer the following levels of ability...
(1)    Learn To Swim      - can kick 25m with flippers, but not swim 25m Freestyle without stopping
(2)    ADV-Beginners     - can swim 100m Freestyle but not much more at about 2min30-3.00min pace
(3)    Intermediate           - can swim more than 200m Freestyle, and 100m reps between 2.00 to 2.30
(4)    Advanced              - can swim more than 1000m, and 100m reps at approx 1.40-1.50min pace
